Limited data for planning, hosting, and support.
The Revenue Leak Calculator uses aggregate planning inputs and runs in the browser. Inputs are not intentionally submitted to or stored by the application.
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process basic technical request data for serving the site, security, routing, logs, and operations.
If you contact support, the information in your email is used to respond to your request and resolve delivery or product-file issues.
The website is not designed to receive winery customer records, CRM exports, payment data, or sensitive customer notes.
Checkout and delivery
Purchases are handled by a third-party commerce provider.
Checkout, payment processing, receipts, and digital delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its applicable terms and privacy practices.
Lemon Squeezy processes purchase and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Recovery Systems Library does not ask buyers to upload winery customer records during checkout or product use.
Using the kit
Use aggregate inputs and keep identifiable records internal.
Keep customer names, contact details, order histories, club records, and consent status inside winery-approved systems.
Use aggregate counts and planning assumptions in the calculator rather than identifiable customer records.
The downloadable workbook, templates, scripts, and checklists are used locally within your own workflow.
Do not paste private customer data into public AI tools while adapting product materials.
